두루치기 & 어묵탕: Stir-Fry & Fishcake Soup

Stir-fry and Fishcake Soup that fits the weather!

 

Stir-fry Recipe:

  1. To soy sauce and gochujang, add a spoonful of Maeshil-extract.
  2. Add one spoonful of honey too.
  3. Sprinkle sugar powder too.
  4. Add a spoonful of sesame oil too.
  5. Add spicy red pepper powder too.
  6. Add corn syrup for shine too and mix.
  7. Add cooking wine to remove the meaty smell.
  8. Sprinkle ginger powder and pepper too.
  9. Put the pork belly in a plastic bag to mix.
  10. Add one spoonful of the garlic that KyunSang pounded too.
  11. Squish and mix the marinade and meat until they’re well mixed.
  12. Slice the spring onion, onion and peppers that will go into the stir-fry.
  13. Cut the kimchi in appropriate sizes please.
  14. Add some sesame oil to the kimchi.
  15. Sprinkle some sugar please.

[E-cipe: Seasoning the kimchi to be used in the Stir-fry makes it tastier.]

16. Fry the pre-marinated meat in the fry pan first.
17. Once the meat is somewhat cooked, add the kimchi and pre-cut vegetables and fry.

Spicy Stir-fry is done!

 

Fishcake Soup Recipe:

  1. Add dashima and anchovies to boiling water.
  2. After cutting the spring onion roots, add it too.
  3. In order for it to cook quickly, slice the radish thinly and cut them into fours.
  4. For  a refreshing taste, add the radishes into the broth too.
  5. Once the broth boils again, take the dashima out.
  6. Add half a spoonful of soy sauce.
  7. Skewer the flat fish cakes using chop sticks.
  8. Add the fish cakes to the broth where the spring onion roots have been taken out.
  9. For a spicier taste, cut and add spicy pepper.

Julienne Korean Radish Salad Recipe:

  1. Use the grater to julienne the remaining radish.
  2. To the radish, add salt and sugar.
  3. Sprinkle some red pepper paste for a pretty colour.
  4. Top it with some vinegar.
  5. After adding sugar (again), mix well.

Crunchy Julienne Korean Radish Salad is done!
