소세지빵: Sausage Bread

Today again, Genius-baker SeoJinnie is showing his skills!
Looking at the mammoth bread from the back…
Expect a revolutionary big-sized sausage!

Firstly, starting from Genius-baker SeoJinnie’s dough!

Instructions:

1. Break 2 eggs into flour.
2. Add just a bit of yeast.
3. Add sugar and salt too please.
4. Add just the right amount of water and mix well with hand.
5. Add butter too and mix again.
6. Cover the dough and its bowl with wrapping, leaving just a little hole for air.
7. Prepare the corn by getting the kernals out of the cob. (feat. Neighbouring Halmeoni’s glutinous corn.)
8. Leave to rise for about an hour and divide the dough into 2.
9. Such that its big enough to wrap around the huge sausage, flatten and and widen it atop some flour.
10. Wrap the dough around the sausage.
11. After slicing the roll a little with a knife, arrange the pieces in a zig-zag order.
12. Top it with lots of cheese.
13. The corn too, add looooooooooooots of it.
14. Roughly mince up the onion and put it on top.
15. According to your taste, add ketchup and mayonnaise.
16. Lastly, slather it with olive oil.
17. Enter the oven!

 

While the sausage bread is baking
Making of the peach-ade as an aperitif.

1. Cut up the peach and add it to the mixer.
2. Add honey liberally. Sweetnesssweetnesssweetness…
3. Add ice and grind it all up.
4. Add carbonated water.
5. Top it with the remaining peach pieces.

Peach-ade done!

 

Back to the sausage bread…

18. To the well baked sausage bread, sprinkle olive oil and parsely.
